Directions: from the Merrit / Wilbur Cross parkway-coming north: take exit 61. At bottom of ramp take right onto Whitney Ave. Go 3 traffic lights. Richard Penna Salon is located on left after 3rd. light at 2456 Whitney Ave. Free parking in rear of building.

Directions: from I-91: take exit 10, the Hamden-Cheshire expressway to the end. At end of ramp take a left onto Whitney Ave. Richard Penna Salon is approximately 1/2 mile on the right at 2456 Whitney Ave. Free parking in rear of building.

• We strongly suggest that you schedule your future appointment before you leave to secure your preferred appointment time. We do our very best to honor requests for individual professionals based upon their availability.

• Should circumstances arise delaying your arrival for more than 15 minutes from your designated appointment time, we will be happy to offer you an abbreviated service.

• All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

• Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all single services require a 24 hour cancellation; multiple services and packages require a 48 hour notice. If notification is not received in a timely manner, a cancellation fee will be charged. As a courtesy to our staff, failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a full charge for the time reserved.
